My Offbeat Journey: The Morning Routine

In this episode, I invited Aaron with me to talk about our morning routine and how it has helped us become more focused and sets the day for success.

Here is our current morning routine:

  1. Wake up between 6-6:330am
  2. Exercise (walk, run, martial arts, strength training) 45min- 1 hour
  3. Breakfast shake 10 min
  4. Get ready for the day 20 min
  5. Power Hour – 1 hour

Our morning routine takes about 2.5 hours.
